Prior to joining the team, Dan spent 10+ years at various financial services companies, including 6 years at a Chicago based Fintech where he served as the Global Controller. In that role, he scaled the accounting team from an early-stage company to a mature functions (during which time $600+ million of equity, $4+ billion of debt was raised). His team was responsible for financial statement close and preparation, audit support, internal controls, tax compliance, and enterprise risk management. Dan was also responsible for the design and internal tools that assisted in the processing and reconciliation of 400,000+ monthly customer payments. Dan began his career at Ernst and Young where he completed financial statement audits for public and private companies in the automotive, financial services, and environmental services industries.

As an accounting manager, Carolyn provides accounting support to clients with a focus on the real estate and financial services industries. Prior to joining the team, Carolyn spent 10+ years at various real estate organizations with over 100,000 units. During that time, Carolyn led teams responsible for month end close, preparation of SEC filings, reporting under both US GAAP and IFRS standards, annual financial statement audits, and fair value accounting. Carolyn began her career at RSM, where she supervised audits of broker-deals, hedge funds, and not-for-profits.

As an accounting manager, Kristen provides accounting support to clients with a focus on the real estate, technology, and financial services industries. Prior to joining the team, Kristen spent 4 years at a Fortune 500 real estate company where she focused on financial strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, and process improvement. Kristen also spent 4 years in the financial services industry where she was responsible for a distressed portfolio consisting of over 1 million non-performing loans. Kristen began her career in internal audit where she performed control and process testing.

As an accounting manager, Elizabeth provides accounting support to clients with a focus on the manufacturing, ecommerce, energy, and services industries. Prior to joining the team, Elizabeth spent 10+ years at various Fortune 500 companies in the energy and mining industry, where she led teams focused on financial statement close, SEC reporting, internal audit & risk assessment, and SoX process design & testing. Elizabeth began her career at Deloitte where she completed financial statement audits for companies in the energy industry.
